How it can be done?
Solution:

Tell your social networking friends (only Facebook and Whats App Friends ) to create a new group chat or else you can also create it and add your friends to it and then message them personally to add that person who blocked you....!
Thats it ! now you can do chat with that people who blocked you...!
Note: but if he/she didn't want to chat with you on group then I can't say anything ..biggrin
